The bug was discovered 11/29/2005. The weakness was released 12/01/2005 by Liz0ziM (Website). The advisory is available at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability was named CVE-2005-3947 since 12/01/2005. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1006 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
