CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

As an impact it is known to affect confidentiality, and integrity. The summary by CVE is:

Unspecified vulnerability in the Oracle Text component in Oracle Database 9.2.0.8, 9.2.0.8DV, 10.1.0.5, and 10.2.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to affect confidentiality and integrity, related to CTXSYS.DRVXTABC. NOTE: the previous information was obtained from the October 2009 CPU. Oracle has not commented on claims from an established researcher that this is for multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities via the (1) idx_owner or (2) idx_name parameters to the create_tables procedure.

The weakness was disclosed 10/21/2009 (Website). The advisory is shared at us-cert.gov. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2009-1991. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack can be launched remotely. A single authentication is necessary for exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.

The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 56066 (Oracle Database, October 2009 Critical Patch Update), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment. It is assigned to the family Databases. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 19575 (Oracle Database October 2009 Patch Set Update (PSU) 10.2.0.4.2 Not Installed (Patch 8833280)).

A possible mitigation has been published even before and not after the disclosure of the vulnerability. Furthermore it is possible to detect and prevent this kind of attack with TippingPoint and the filter 9410.

The vulnerability is also documented in the vulnerability database at Tenable (56066). The entries 50583, 50582, 50581 and 50580 are pretty similar.
