A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in PHP 5.3.10/5.4.0 (Programming Language Software). Affected is the function file_get_contents
of the component html_error. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a html injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-80. The product receives input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special characters such as "<", ">", and "&" that could be interpreted as web-scripting elements when they are sent to a downstream component that processes web pages.
