It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
A public exploit has been developed by SEC Consult and been published 4 days after the advisory. It is possible to download the exploit at exploit-db.com. It is declared as highly functional. The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 81405 (NetIQ Access Manager 4.0 < 4.0 SP1 Hotfix 3 Multiple Vulnerabilities), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment. It is assigned to the family CGI abuses.
