ovirt-engine-reports, as used in the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization reports package (rhevm-reports) before 3.3.3, uses world-readable permissions on configuration files, which allows local users to obtain sensitive information by reading the files.
The weakness was released 05/29/2014 by David Jorm (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at rhn.redhat.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-0201 since 12/03/2013. The exploitation is known to be easy. Attacking locally is a requirement. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1068 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
