A vulnerability has been found in Cisco WRT54GL up to 4.30.15 build 2 and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file apply.cgi. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-2679 since 03/22/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. A single authentication is needed for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. This vulnerability is assigned to T1059.007 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
