The weakness was released 08/11/2015 by Cererdlong with Alibaba Mobile Security Team as HT205030 as confirmed advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2015-5752 since 08/06/2015. Attacking locally is a requirement. The requirement for exploitation is a single authentication.
