Revive Adserver before 3.2.3 suffers from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). The Revive Adserver team conducted a security audit of the admin interface scripts in order to identify and fix other potential CSRF vulnerabilities. Over 20+ such issues were fixed.

The bug was discovered 03/02/2016. The weakness was shared 03/28/2017 (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2016-9456 since 11/19/2016. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
