A vulnerability was found in tcpdump up to 4.9.1 (Packet Analyzer Software). It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects the function lldp_private_8021_print of the file print-lldp.c of the component LLDP Parser. The LLDP parser in tcpdump before 4.9.2 could enter an infinite loop due to a bug in print-lldp.c:lldp_private_8021_print().
