The qdisk PV disk backend in qemu-xen in Xen 4.2.x and 4.3.x before 4.3.1, and qemu 1.1 and other versions, allows local HVM guests to cause a denial of service (domain grant reference consumption) via unspecified vectors.
The weakness was shared 10/10/2013 by Matthew Daley and Coverty Scan with Coverity Scan as qemu disk backend (qdisk) resource leak as not defined mailinglist post (oss-sec). The advisory is available at seclists.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2013-4375 since 06/12/2013. Local access is required to approach this attack. Required for exploitation is a authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
