The bug was discovered 06/26/2015. The weakness was published 09/19/2017 with SEC Consult Vulnerability Lab as not defined posting (Bugtraq). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2015-4681 since 06/19/2015. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally.
