Inappropriate implementation in CSP reporting in Blink in Google Chrome prior to 59.0.3071.86 for Linux, Windows, and Mac, and 59.0.3071.92 for Android, allowed a remote attacker to obtain the value of url fragments via a crafted HTML page.
The bug was discovered 06/05/2017. The weakness was shared 10/27/2017 by Andrey Kovalev with Qihoo 360 Vulcan Team (Website). The advisory is shared at security.gentoo.org. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2017-5075 since 01/02/2017. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
