Insufficient Policy Enforcement in Omnibox in Google Chrome prior to 59.0.3071.104 for Mac allowed a remote attacker to perform domain spoofing via a crafted domain name.
The bug was discovered 06/15/2017. The weakness was presented 10/27/2017 by Michal Bentkowski with Tencent (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at security.gentoo.org.
