The saveConfigureSecurity resource in Atlassian Bamboo before version 6.3.1 allows remote attackers to modify security settings via a Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability.
The bug was discovered 02/02/2018. The weakness was disclosed 02/02/2018 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at jira.atlassian.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-18080 since 02/01/2018. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
