Mediawiki before 1.28.1 / 1.27.2 / 1.23.16 contains a flaw making rawHTML mode apply to system messages.
The bug was discovered 04/06/2018. The weakness was released 04/13/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared at lists.wikimedia.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-0368 since 11/29/2016.
