A vulnerability classified as critical was found in Linux Kernel up to 4.17.10 (Operating System). This vulnerability affects the function __remove_dirty_segment of the file fs/f2fs/segment.c of the component f2fs Image Handler. An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel through 4.17.10. There is an out-of-bounds access in __remove_dirty_segment() in fs/f2fs/segment.c when mounting an f2fs image.
