The bug was discovered 02/12/2019. The weakness was disclosed 02/12/2019 by Security Team (rgod) with Zero Day Initiative as confirmed security update guide (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with Microsoft. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-0621 since 11/26/2018. Attacking locally is a requirement. The successful exploitation requires a simple authentication.
