In ImageMagick before 7.0.8-25, some memory leaks exist in DecodeImage in coders/pcd.c.
The bug was discovered 01/16/2019. The weakness was disclosed 03/07/2019 (Website). The advisory is available at lists.opensuse.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2019-7175 since 01/29/2019.
