When arbitrary text is sent over an FTP connection and a page reload is initiated, it is possible to create a modal alert message with this text as the content. This could potentially be used for social engineering attacks. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 66.
The bug was discovered 03/19/2019. The weakness was released 04/26/2019. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-9807 since 03/14/2019. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
