store.c in Squid 2.5.STABLE10 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via certain aborted requests that trigger an assert error related to STORE_PENDING.
The bug was discovered 09/07/2005. The weakness was shared 09/07/2005 by Nickolay (Website). The advisory is shared at squid-cache.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2005-2794 since 09/06/2005.
