A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, has been found in Orenosv HTTP FTP Server 0.5.9f (File Transfer Software). This issue affects some unknown functionality of the component GET Request Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a denial of service vulnerability. Orenosv 0.5.9f allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a long HTTP GET request.
The weakness was presented 05/25/2004 by badpack3t with Security-Protocols (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at marc.theaimsgroup.com.
