Details
A vulnerability was found in SalesLogix 2000.0. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is some unknown functionality. The manipulation of the argument ProcessQueueFile with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. This is going to have an impact on integrity. CVE summarizes:
Directory traversal vulnerability in SalesLogix 6.1 allows remote attackers to upload arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in a ProcessQueueFile request.
