A vulnerability was found in PHP Gift Registry (Programming Language Software). It has been rated as critical. This issue affects an unknown function of the file index.php of the component Registry. Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in index.php in PHP Gift Registry (phpGiftReg) 1.4.0, and possibly other versions before 1.5.0b1, allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the (1) messageid, (2) shopper, (3) shopfor, or (4) itemid parameters.
The weakness was shared 01/17/2005 (Website). The advisory is shared at lists.grok.org.uk. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2005-0292 since 02/10/2005. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
