A vulnerability was found in OTRS up to 2.0.3 (Service Management Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function login of the file index.pl. The manipulation of the argument user with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. Multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in index.pl in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 1.0.0 through 1.3.2 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.3 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands and bypass authentication via the (1) user parameter in the Login action, and remote authenticated users via the (2) TicketID and (3) ArticleID parameters of the AgentTicketPlain action.
