NOTE: Oracle has not disputed reliable researcher claims that this issue is related to directory traversal that allows reading of portions of arbitrary XML files via the customize parameter.

This vulnerability is known as CVE-2006-0275 since 01/18/2006. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
