A vulnerability was found in Novell NetMail up to 3.52e. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown part of the file NMDMC.EXE. Stack-based buffer overflow in the SSL version of the NMDMC.EXE service in Novell NetMail 3.52e FTF2 and probably earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted request.
The weakness was released 05/11/2007 with iDefense (Website). The advisory is shared for download at labs.idefense.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-2616 since 05/11/2007.
