Unspecified vulnerability in Safari in Apple iPhone 1.1.1, and Safari 3 before Beta Update 3.0.4 on Windows and Mac OS X 10.4 through 10.4.10, allows remote attackers to "alter or access" HTTPS content via an HTTP session with a crafted web page that causes Javascript to be applied to HTTPS pages from the same domain.
The bug was discovered 09/27/2007. The weakness was released 09/28/2007 by Keigo Yamazaki with Little eArth Corporation (Website). The advisory is available at docs.info.apple.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-4671 since 09/05/2007. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
