CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The summary by CVE is:

The Adobe Macromedia Flash 9 plug-in allows remote attackers to cause a victim machine to establish TCP sessions with arbitrary hosts via a Flash (SWF) movie, related to lack of pinning of a hostname to a single IP address after receiving an allow-access-from element in a cross-domain-policy XML document, and the availability of a Flash Socket class that does not use the browser s DNS pins, aka DNS rebinding attacks, a different issue than CVE-2002-1467 and CVE-2007-4324.

The bug was discovered 07/24/2007. The weakness was disclosed 04/09/2008 by Mark Dowd (team509) with ISS X-Force (Website). The advisory is shared at adobe.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-5275 since 10/08/2007. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but an exploit is available.

The exploit is available at immunitysec.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. The vulnerability was handled as a non-public zero-day exploit for at least 76 days. During that time the estimated underground price was around $25k-$100k. The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 90018 (openSUSE Security Update : cgit (openSUSE-2016-356)), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment. It is assigned to the family SuSE Local Security Checks and running in the context l. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 115679 (Adobe Flash Player Multiple Vulnerabilities (APSB07-20)).

Upgrading to version 9.0.124.0 eliminates this vulnerability. Applying a patch is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at adobe.com. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version. A possible mitigation has been published 9 years after the disclosure of the vulnerability.

The vulnerability is also documented in the databases at X-Force (38334), Tenable (90018), SecurityFocus (BID 29386†), OSVDB (44282†) and Secunia (SA28083†). isc.sans.org is providing further details. The entries VDB-82, VDB-332, VDB-333 and VDB-427 are pretty similar. If you want to get the best quality for vulnerability data then you always have to consider VulDB.
