Google Chrome before 17.0.963.56 does not properly parse H.264 data, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds read) via unspecified vectors.
The weakness was presented 02/15/2012 by Mateusz Jurczyk (scarybeasts) with Chromium Development Community as 112670 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at code.google.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2011-3025 since 08/09/2011. The exploitation appears to be easy.
