The weakness was published 07/14/2015 as MS15-073 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-2363 since 03/19/2015. Local access is required to approach this attack. A single authentication is necessary for exploitation. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
