A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in Xceedium Xsuite 2.3.0/2.4.3. This affects an unknown functionality of the file opm/read_sessionlog.php. The manipulation of the argument logFile with the input value ....// leads to a path traversal vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Directory traversal vulnerability in opm/read_sessionlog.php in Xceedium Xsuite 2.3.0 and 2.4.3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a ....// (quadruple dot double slash) in the logFile parameter.
