The weakness was released 09/08/2015 by James Forshaw with Google Project Zero as MS15-097 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). It is possible to read the advisory at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2015-2525 since 03/19/2015. Attacking locally is a requirement. The successful exploitation needs a authentication.
