The manipulation of the argument UNROLL1/UNROLL_FILTER as part of a File leads to a numeric error vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-189. The ff_add_png_paeth_prediction function in libavcodec/pngdec.c in FFmpeg before 1.1.3 allows remote attackers to have an unspecified impact via a crafted PNG image, related to an out-of-bounds array access.

The weakness was disclosed 02/23/2013 by Mateusz Jurczyk and Gynvael Coldwind as 1.1.3 as not defined changelog entry (Website). The advisory is shared at ffmpeg.org. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the project team. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-0875 since 01/07/2013. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available.
