The weakness was released 05/22/2013 by roob with iDEFENSE as HT5770 as confirmed advisory (Website) via iDefense. The advisory is shared at support.apple.com. The public release was coordinated with Apple. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-0987 since 01/10/2013. The exploitation is known to be difficult.
