A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in Intel VirusScan Enterprise Linux up to 2.0.3 (Anti-Malware Software). This vulnerability affects an unknown function of the file NailsConfig.html. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a cross-site request forgery vulnerability. Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Intel Security VirusScan Enterprise Linux (VSEL) 2.0.3 (and earlier) allows authenticated remote attackers to execute unauthorized commands via a crafted user input.
The bug was discovered 12/09/2016. The weakness was published 03/14/2017 by Andrew Fasano as EDB-ID 40911 as confirmed exploit (Exploit-DB). The advisory is available at exploit-db.com.
