Memory leak in coders/rle.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via a crafted rle file.

The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-9853 since 06/02/2016. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
