A vulnerability has been found in FFmpeg up to 1.2 (Multimedia Processing Software) and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is the function copy_cell/decode_cell of the file libavcodec/indeo3.c. The impact remains unknown.
The weakness was released 04/30/2013 as indeo3: fix off by one in MV validity check as confirmed git commit (GIT Repository). The advisory is shared at git.videolan.org. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available.
