CMS Made Simple (CMSMS) 2.2.5 has XSS in admin/addbookmark.php via the title parameter.

The bug was discovered 01/22/2018. The weakness was disclosed 01/25/2018 as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is available at This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2018-5963 since 01/21/2018. The attack may be launched remotely. The successful exploitation needs a simple authentication.
