The weakness was presented 10/16/2012 with Oracle as cpuoct2012-1515893 as not defined advisory (Website). The advisory is available at oracle.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-5065 since 09/22/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. Local access is required to approach this attack. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
