The UITour::onPageEvent function in Mozilla Firefox before 36.0 does not ensure that an API call originates from a foreground tab, which allows remote attackers to conduct spoofing and clickjacking attacks by leveraging access to a UI Tour web site.

The weakness was presented 02/24/2015 as MFSA 2015-26 as confirmed security advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at mozilla.org. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2015-0819 since 01/07/2015. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
