The weakness was disclosed 04/14/2015 by bilou with Zero Day Initiative as swg21701647 as confirmed advisory (Website) via ZDI (Zero Day Initiative). It is possible to read the advisory at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2015-0135 since 11/18/2014. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be patching the affected component. Furthermore it is possible to detect and prevent this kind of attack with TippingPoint and the filter 20348.
