Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in Redoable 1.2 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the s parameter to (1) wp-content/themes/redoable/searchloop.php or (2) wp-content/themes/redoable/header.php.
The weakness was disclosed 05/17/2007 by John Martinelli (Website). The advisory is shared for download at redlevel.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2007-2757 since 05/18/2007. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1059.007.
After immediately, there has been an exploit disclosed. It is possible to download the exploit at securityfocus.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:searchloop.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking.
