Affected by this issue is the function isis_print_is_reach_subtlv of the file print-isoclns.c of the component ISO IS-IS Parser. The ISO IS-IS parser in tcpdump before 4.9.2 has a buffer over-read in print-isoclns.c:isis_print_is_reach_subtlv().
