The weakness was disclosed 03/03/2014 by Khalil Zhani (Cloudfuzzer) with Google as Stable Channel Update, March 2014 as confirmed release notes (Blog). The advisory is shared for download at googlechromereleases.blogspot.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-6667 since 11/05/2013. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
