The weakness was published 04/11/2006 by Jan P. Monsch as MS06-013 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at microsoft.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2006-1185 since 03/13/2006. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
