The weakness was shared 06/02/2006 by Mikolaj J. Habryn (moz_bug_r_a4) with Cybozu Labs as MFSA2006-38 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at mozilla.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2006-2775 since 06/02/2006. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
