The weakness was released 06/02/2006 by Mikolaj J. Habryn (moz_bug_r_a4) with Cybozu Labs as MFSA2006-43 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at mozilla.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2006-2775 since 06/02/2006. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1068 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
