A vulnerability was found in Microsoft Works 2005/8.0. It has been classified as critical. This affects some unknown functionality in the library wkcvqd01.dll. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2008-0108 since 01/07/2008. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. A public exploit has been developed in ANSI C. The exploit is shared for download at securityfocus.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept.
