The weakness was shared 02/21/2013 by Andrew Scherkus (Inferno) with Chromium development community as 168570 as confirmed posting (Website). The advisory is shared for download at code.google.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-0893 since 01/07/2013. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a private exploit is available.

It is declared as proof-of-concept.
