Dell Integrated Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) 7/8 before 2.21.21.21 has a format string issue in racadm getsystinfo.

The weakness was shared 12/02/2015 with Google as Dell iDRAC Response as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at en.community.dell.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2015-7271 since 09/18/2015. Local access is required to approach this attack. The successful exploitation requires a simple authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
